Dear Friends and Customers:

It is with some conflicting emotions that we announce the sale of our Gallery after 38 years in business, and the closing of the web site on the 15th. of December. It was a surprise to have the sale happen so quickly, but happen it did, so after 50 years of retail sales (nearer 60 for Joyce believe it or not), we will be fully retired. The Gallery was purchased by the noted painter Brian Scott who will keep the location and all the stock of maps and prints except for the work of Charles van Sandwyk. A google search after the New Year will reveal Charles' future plans. Brian will keep the present Gallery name for the foreseeable future; his internet intentions will shape up as time proceeds.

To all who have supported us over the years, a deep and heartfelt thank you, we were very lucky to have such caring customers, you made doing business a pleasure.

Don and Joyce
